Learning Services Manager

The Learning Services Project Manager & Digital Trainer will work closely with the management teams for both Aquent and Vitamin T to design, develop and implement learning programs for our global field staff; and lead and manage a variety of projects at the direction of the VP of Training and Development.

Have hands-on experience designing/developing websites or online marketing campaigns; Can speak intelligently about the skills/deliverables/titles involved in bringing a website to life; Are passionate about the web and stay on top of emerging trends and technology.

Key Areas for Support:
Cultivating Internal Digital Expertise (and marketing/creative as needed)
Technology - CRMs, social media + new/emerging tools
Potentially Project Management of external learning programs

Types of Deliverables
In-person and online instructor-led training (ie. New Hire Bootcamp, Captivate recordings, new hire group calls, etc.)
Electronic/interactive job aids/tools (ie. job aids, presentations, etc.)
New approaches to learning

Be based in Boston and able to work at HQ on a daily basis
Be a subject matter expert within the digital space, preferably with hands-on experience in the area of Web Development, User Experience or Online Marketing
Have a natural curiosity/passion for technology and be an "early adopter"
Have strong project management experience - overseeing all aspects of a project (both identifying the necessary tasks and overseeing their completion) with limited direction/supervision
Have superior communication skills - both in writing and spoken (including large group presentations)
Be open to feedback and coaching
Be able to lead a cross-functional team without direct reporting relationships (achieve results from influence rather than management)
Must be able to connect and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple changing/competing priorities
