Learning Services Coordinator

The Learning Services Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Learning Services (as well as Aquent and Vitamin T managers) to support learning programs for all service staff; coordinate the training process and play an active role in the development of other training programs needed within the organization.

Job Description/Key Functions

  • Project management - define all steps of a project from beginning to end and effectively manage all steps along the way
  • Vendor management - work with external vendors to coordinate training for internal staff
  • Content/Community management - function as the administrator for Aquent’s Learning Management System (Adobe Connect), and related internal websites (ie. learning section of the intranet, Yammer, etc.), including regular audits and updates of content to ensure accuracy
  • Support/administer virtual meetings using a web-based meeting platform
  • Serve as an Internal SME on tools used by Learning Services
  • Coordinate/track/manage new hire data
  • Manage time-sensitive communication to and logistics for participants (and their managers) for monthly on-site, centralized training program held in Boston
  • Work with Manager and Training Strategists to develop, administer and track assessments to determine effectiveness of training
  • Coordinate new hire training programs for sales and recruiting staff
  • Manage the contract resources for Learning Services (screen, onboard, maintain on-going communication, monitor and approve payroll)
  • Serve as international liaison to global offices
