Salary: Up to £42,500 + 15% bonus, Free Facilities, on-site gym & food
My client is known for its innovative technologies, products and services — and for the people behind them. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will foster a deep relationship the business to understand their unique training needs, and you will support the development of learning paths to meet their needs; including on-boarding programs, customized, role-specific training experiences, and skill specific trainings. You will also establish ongoing upskilling for more experienced team members.
As the Learning Development Specialist, you will blend your skills in program management with analytical curiosity to help the Learning & Development team foster deliver value-add programs, and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Manage and lead learning programs with both a global and local focus. Manage stakeholders, ensure positive learner feedback, report on return on investment and look for opportunities to further professionalise and embed the programs.
Understand and characterize learning needs by assessing data results and pro actively partner to identify and scope opportunities for the Learning & Development team to provide support.
Organise data, produce analyses, and communicate results in a compelling way. Use data to suggest changes to the programs being run, and opportunities for new programs to have impact
Use and scale metrics tracking tools across the entire team and manage the ongoing analysis, tracking and reporting of goals for Learning & Development programs.
Design, oversee and facilitate a range of training sessions and other events. Promote and facilitate social, peer, distributed and other innovative learning initiatives.
