Learning & Development Communications Designer

The main function of the Communications Graphic Design, and Learning Specialist is to manage internal communications, including graphic design, and learning content. You will promote a positive change agent image and control the dissemination of information on behalf of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.

Responsibilities:

Develop effective program communication collateral, including graphic design work and developing learning material.

Create, draft, and manage internal communications (decks, newsletters, intranet sites via Sharepoint, etc.).

Organize initiatives and plan events or training sessions.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and handle requests for communications, graphic design, etc.

Foster relationships with advocates and key persons (including Senior Leaders).

Collaborate with Change Management and L&D professionals to produce copy.

Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience as communications, graphic designer, and/or learning and development specialist

Experience in web design (via Microsoft Sharepoint) and content production is a plus.

Experience in copywriting and editing.

Portfolio in engaging graphic design.

Solid understanding of project management principles.

Working knowledge of MS Office 365; photo and video-editing software is an asset.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.

Proficient command of English

BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field 2-4 years of experience
