Lead UX/Digital Designer-
My global financial services client is looking for a Sr. level DIGITAL ACD, Hands on designer. MUST HAVE clean, modern, corporate/agency portfolio!
They are looking for someone with a deep expertise in digital design. Right now, most of the creative within this group is predominantly print. They are looking for someone to come in and essentially transform this print centric group and build out a digital team. This is both a strategy and execution role.
Strong strategic thinker able to conceive and execute marketing solutions consistent with client-approved creative strategies
Responsible for developing and directing original concepts primarily for online assignments, with an understanding of off line media as well.
Ability to work closely with creative partners (copy, art, UX) to conceive and execute such assignments
Digitally current with an in depth knowledge of all digital media (paid and earned), including ad units, applications, mobile technologies, social media and customer utility
Has ability to capitalize on above media to the benefit of our clients’ marketing challenges
Has a working knowledge of digital tech development and industry standard programs
-Develop and foster creative strategy and communicate direction to creative teams
-Insure creative is executed within agreed strategy, deadlines and budgets
-Effectively and persuasively present creative concepts to clients
-Execute and/or manage creative development and execution, in studio (and/or with outside vendor) and oversees all aspects of job including comps, art creation, retouching, and file release, all in the best interests of time and budget
-Work productively and harmoniously with teammates production/producers who share the responsibility on the given assignment
-Complies to quality standards for the team as set forth by the department head
-Works with supervisor to foster innovative solutions
-Build relationships at appropriate client/vendor level
-Work closely with upper management to identify and suggest solutions on how to improve departmental and team morale
-Keep abreast of current cultural trends and the latest technological advances
-Assist in the review of creative personnel
-Help manage the day-to-day workflow
-Provide creative leadership within department
· Recognized expertise in interaction/responsive design, user experience design, digital design, email marketing and online advertising
· Comprehensive knowledge of platforms and technologies for the digital channel (display ad formats, Mobile, Social, Flash, etc.)
. Portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns developed for Fortune 500 brands
. Previous experience in a senior creative position
. Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department relationships
. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
. Team builder
.Formal training in IA/UX preferred.
.Minimum of a Bachelors degree
