Lead UX Designer for the Strategic Technology Group.

While there is not one path to becoming a great Principal User Experience Lead, we look for Proven experience leading the design, architecting, and optimizing of websites and/or applications, especially consumer-facing and transactional-focused interfaces.

Description:
As a Lead UX Designer, you will work with the creative director leading a focused yet nimble design team dedicated to creating efficient, effective and delightful global product experiences that artfully unify customer needs with business goals. To be a successful Lead UX Designer, you must be a well-rounded design thinker, grounded in logic, structure and process, but with a flair for visual and emotional solutions, a love for experimentation, and an ability to deliver quickly.

Responsibilities:
Act as a UX product team player-coach, not only by mentoring and leading but by teaching through doing Sr. UX-level user experience tasks as needed
Work collaboratively within an agile product team made up of product managers, engineers, and the design team to deliver world-class product experiences through iterative releases
Present your design methods, explorations, and tradeoff rationale along with a recommendation to team partners, business stakeholders and design leadership
Evaluate competitive and innovative products and design approaches to identify best practices and encourage innovation
Participate in cross-product team collaboration sessions (design sprints)
Mentor other design leads and advocate best practices
