Lead UX Designer

The UX Lead is the bridge between strategy, creative and technology on project- and campaign-based digital activations and is involved in all phases of the work concept through completion.
Through the creation of low and high fidelity documentation, such as business requirements, conceptual diagrams, competitor analyses, personas, use case scenarios, site maps, content outlines, wire frames, annotations and functional specifications, the UX Lead will provide a detailed blue print and actionable plan for design and development.

UX Lead
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. Prior agency or consulting experience preferred.

Our Client, defines the UX skillset to include (but is not limited to):
UX strategy Content strategy Information architecture Interaction design Usability Business analysis

Day-to-Day:
• Proactively champion UX process and methodology; evangelize latest tools and trends. Contribute to the overall strategic direction and vision of projects.
• Generate project requirements definition by leading client working sessions, reviewing the competitive landscape, and participating in creative brainstorming sessions with the project team.
• Produce competitive-analysis documentation and site audits and evaluations. Lead user personae research and documentation.
• Define functionality, content, navigation, and interaction models through page level wireframes, site-maps, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Lead internal and client facing presentations and discussions. Contribute to the development of content/data models, nomenclature and taxonomies.
• Design, develop and conduct usability tests.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years industry experience.
• Candidates must be well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.
• Expert in: standard UX software applications, such as Azure, OmniGraffle or InDesign
• Must have been in a client-facing role and have project experience working with teams on large scale, long-term projects. Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
