Lead Gen Campaign Consultant

Our client, a Fortune 500 organization is looking to grow their Lead Generation team with the addition of a qualified Consultant to support their Telemarketing work. The team supports marketing targeting small to medium-sized US-based B2B clients by partnering to develop marketing insights and execute campaigns for local market acquisition goals. The Lead Generation team works closely with the Sales teams to understand local market goals and buyer needs. The team also partners with multiple Marketing teams to scale resources and expertise.

Key areas of focus within this role include:

Vendor Management Support

  • Work with vendor management lead to support vendor selection process
  • Facilitate calibration meetings to monitor vendor production levels and KPIs
  • Manage budget and capacity plans related to telemarketing
  • Support training needs for telemarketing reps
  • Evaluate telemarketing reps’ calls and process for managing leads in CRM tool
  • Evaluate process for managing leads in CRM tool
  • Help to develop business rules to continue to improve the program

    Support Execution of Lead Generation Campaigns in (SFDC) CRM Tool

  • In depth understanding of lead management process in SFDC, including vendor capabilities and responsibilities, Sales process and data
  • In depth understanding of technical aspects, including Lead Object fields and how to update

    Support Internal Training Programs and Communications

  • Support training needs for Sales teams, i.e., Presale, New Business Managers, Sales Managers
  • Facilitate frequent collaboration meetings with Sales teams

    Project Management

  • Meet with internal clients to develop and execute lead management campaigns
  • Assess client needs
  • Develop written strategy and implementation plan to address needs
  • Work with internal and external resources and teams including:
    • Creative services
    • Legal compliance
    • Data Analytics (List development, Post-campaign results analysis)
    • Lead Management Digital specialists
    • Telemarketing vendor
    • Sales teams and their broker partners
  • Update internal clients on campaign results on an ongoing basis culminating in post-campaign results and learnings presentation.
