Summary 

We are seeking a Lead Content Migration/Content Entry Specialist with CMS migration experience to lead our migration team. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, who will lead multiple migration releases and be responsible for driving the releases to a successful deployment. This person will be responsible for working with stakeholders to define the projects, schedules, and align resources. 

This person will need to track / provide status updates, identify and remove any roadblocks or reach out in a timely manner for assistance. This is a fast paced, multi-tasking position with degrees of autonomy and accountability. Position will report to Content Entry Manager. 

Responsibilities 
• Lead and implement content migration plans from TeamSite to AEM
Top Daily Responsibilities:
1. Lead and implement content migration plans and process 
2. Track / provide status updates, identify and remove any roadblocks 
3. Track all content for an upcoming release 
4. Delegates content entry tasks to content entry team 
5. Ensure quality and accuracy of team’s work. 
6. Resolve content defects found during UAT process and during release go-live 
7. Provides estimates for content entry for planning and scheduling purposes 
8. Communicates content entry schedules to content entry team as well as to other dependent groups (i.e. UAT and Editorial review) 
9. Collaborates with UAT testing team and IT partners 

Skills a Top Candidate Should Have:
1. CMS migration experience 
2. 5+ years’ experience with content entry in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) 
3. Experience with Atlassian suite of products (JIRA, Confluence and HipChat) 
4. Experience with a complex software release process and environment 
5. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS 

Desired Skills:
1. Experience with Teamsite 
2. Experience with Wordpress 

Soft Skills: 1. Strong organizational skills with high attention to details 
2. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
3. A self-directed individual who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline. 
4. Hands-on, completes task and is dependable 
5. Has excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal. 
6. Ethical, fair and of high integrity. 

• Collaborate and communicate project status to both technical and non-technical team members and client representative. 
• Track / provide status updates, identify and remove any roadblocks 
• Track all content for an upcoming release 
• Provides estimates for content entry for planning and scheduling purposes 
• Communicates content entry schedules to content entry team as well as to other dependent groups (i.e. UAT and Editorial review) 
• Delegates content entry tasks to content entry team 
• Ensure quality and accuracy of team’s work. 
• Transfer content from editorial document to Content Management System. 
• Collaborates with UAT testing team to ensure content is tested for quality and accuracy 
• Collaborates with IT partners to resolve content defects 
• Resolve content defects found during UAT process and during release go-live 
• Assist with production maintenance of content entry 

Qualifications 

• CMS migration experience 
• Ability to analyze, diagnose and solve content issues 
• 5+ years experience with content entry in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) 
• Experience with production support of content and content management systems 
• Experience with Atlassian suite of products (JIRA, Confluence and HipChat) 
• Experience with a complex software release process and environment 
• Experience with Teamsite / Wordpress 
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
