Lead CRM Business Analyst

Our technology Consulting client is looking for a Lead CRM Business Analyst that understands Dynamics CRM and how to work with a client to gather requirements, provide solutions and have experience with CRM direct delivery. This is a 6 week contract with the potential of contract to hire after 90 days. Once the initial 6 week contract role is complete, there is additional work with other consulting clients to complete.

Candidates do not have to be local to the Indianapolis area but must be willing to travel Monday-Thursday to Indianapolis to be onsite at the client's location.

As Consultant of CRM Business Analysis, you will support teams in developing and deploying CRM solutions. You will ensure that client business requirements are met, while providing advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support and end-user training. You will be familiar with the latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related Independent Software Vendor (ISV) products.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Work with client delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions
• Work with client, end users and IT staff to identify, design and configure CRM solutions
• Work with stakeholders to gather system requirements and own requirements management
• Lead transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams
• Determine needed patches and upgrades in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
• Educate end users on CRM functionality
