Launch Manager

As a Launch Manager you will provide a critical service to ensure our all-important sellers are able to carry out business on my client’s online marketplace platform.

In your role you will ensure you:
- You plan, test and manage the launches of sellers onto online platform
- You manage third parties through the entire integration process, ensuring they can manage their business on the platform
- You work and build strong relationships across several different Marketplace teams including Product Data Specialists and Technical Account Managers
- Use metrics to understand issues and uncover business trends and patterns, drive internal teams and third parties to resolve issues
- Troubleshoot third party issues
- Create tickets for issues encountered with third parties and escalate where appropriate
- Demonstrate technical and business knowledge of the platform and Marketplace

Candidate Specification

As a Launch Manager, you will need knowledge of the following:
- Technically astute and able to communicate effectively with a software engineer or senior business leader
- Demonstrate dedication to serving customers
- Be organised and able to manage multiple priorities in parallel without a reduction in the quality of execution
- History of teamwork and willingness to deliver on assigned projects
- Ability to assess issues and execute methodically
- Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to face external and internal customers in a professional and mature manner using our client’s values.
- (Optional) Proven knowledge of programming languages and logic including SQL, HTML, and XML, and a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle
