Large Client Account Director - LA/SF

And now to give our most valued customers even better service, we're focusing our efforts on Corporate Accounts by each of our clients’ industries.

This deep dive into understanding our clients’ needs, trends, challenges and future growth possibilities means that we're in need of phenomenal Account Directors who can partner closely with a small number of our most important Clients and our internal team to bring our service level to new and dizzying heights.

The primary function of a Large Client Account Director at Aquent is to grow and defend business at assigned account(s) through:

  • Laser focused attention on client, buyers, emerging issues and challenges
  • Creating new buyers and departments billing within account(s) through referrals,
    networking and use of social media
  • In-depth knowledge of account(s) and contacts garnered through daily interaction,
    searches/feeds, data available on the client, connections through LinkedIn, Twitter
    and other applicable resources
  • Ability to clearly identify, target and maximize SWOT opportunities (Strengths,
    Weaknesses, Opportunities and Growth) at account(s)
  • Develop and enhance deep knowledge of industry challenges, trends and growth
    opportunities through formal training and self-led learning
  • Join and actively participate in networking groups that are key to industry. This
    includes online social media groups
  • Participate in internal groups/committees at client site
