Junior to Midweight Integrated Designer

This role is an exciting opportunity for you as an exciting, conceptual designer to join an in-house creative studio team. This will be a varied role covering production of a wide range of outputs including print, digital, video, animation and illustration. The role requires you to have strong commercial awareness and is familiar with the “hustle and bustle” of an agency environment. You should have a great outgoing personality with the ability to liaise with internal clients to promote the creative studio and their services. Reporting into the Head of Creative Studio, you will have the chance to work with senior members of the team and be a great contributor to the success of the brand.

Main role responsibilities
. Promoting Creative Studio capabilities (internal business generation)
. Having the ability to project manage (take the brief and work on great solutions)
. Generating creative concepts for individual and group projects. Being able to work confidently from concept right through to final delivery
. Bringing new ideas and skills to life throughout your development

Experience and job requirements
. Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to an exceptional level
. Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to create impactful presentations
. Video editing experience is essential in AferEffects and Premiere Pro (either one or both is great)
. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of both print and digital
. Experience in agency backgrounds or with great brands
. A portfolio with health brands or examples of health work
. Has a strong interest in Digital with an impetus to grow their knowledge
. A very strong personality with passion about the brand
