DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills to join their "Offline Retail" team. In this position he or she will be responsible for building the metrics and reports to support it's growth. In addition, he or she will help support a variety of new business initiatives by collaborating with project managers and software, retail, and finance teams.

Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain monthly inventory spreadsheet to support accounting and loss prevention reporting.
Create quarterly transaction detail reporting for accounting, payments and tax.
Forecast monthly inventory requirements by item and communicate needs to in-stock teams.
Support end-to-end inventory transfer process.
Set-up and maintain item file database.
Set up and maintain vendors, purchase orders and vendor payments with Accounts Payable.
Create ad hoc reports including sales forecasts and compliance reporting for finance, and operations management.
Support project launches by updating and communicating with diverse support teams regarding key deliverables.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication with colleagues from computer science, operations research and business backgrounds.
A track record of creative problem solving and effective project management.

Full time office hours with some flexibility on start time, 8:00-5:00 weekdays would work.
