Junior Project Manager - Marketing Assets

Our client is looking for an outstanding Marketing Asset Program Manager to manage the production process for offline, printed marketing assets (signage and collateral), as they progress from request through development, review, printing, and delivery. The ideal candidate loves books, is excited by technology, and views every customer interaction as an opportunity to create an exceptional customer experience. S/he has a passion for producing high quality work, is comfortable with ambiguity, has strong attention to detail, and is motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. S/he works effectively in a highly collaborative environment, makes decisions and finds solutions quickly, and is able to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects.

This role will report to the Marketing Production Manager and will work closely with cross functional teams including creative groups, category management, store design, merchandising, and 3rd party vendors.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Manages information and asset flow for marketing assets from request through design, printing, delivery, and re-ordering
• Manages marketing asset delivery for new store openings and monthly changeovers, ensuring the right materials are brought into the store at the right time for store setup
• Supports program to provide weekly store-specific kits of signage, instructions, and other materials required for new store launches and monthly changeovers
• Supports program to provide accurate store-specific kits of signage and other materials required for new store openings and monthly changeovers
• Provides signage inputs for the weekly and new store launch merchandising changeover guides
• Communicates directly with store teams about marketing asset specific questions (e.g. missing/damaged signs)
• Updates marketing asset design list so all assets are searchable and visible, with dates of execution, specs, and unique identifiers
• Participates in the continuous improvement of marketing communication processes and implementation and documents best practices to maximize efficiency for the marketing team
