The role of the Junior Project Coordinator is to help develop and execute strategic marketing plans for client accounts within our company while simultaneously managing an internal team of marketing resources. In this role you will be responsible for managing specific internal and external relationships.
Gather skus & creative briefs from Marketing and executing creative development with design team
Partner with Advertising Project Management Team
Manage projects internally & externally, including graphic design, marketing automation, copywriting, social media, SEO, video production, etc.
Supports team in weekly efforts of Sr. leadership reports creation and distribution-gathers necessary assets
Responsible for ensuring offers/promotions are relevant and represented accurately
Serve as the daily point of contact for client projects--developing strong relationships with client, learning their business and acting as an advocate for their needs
Provide regular reports to senior Account Managers and executive staff that accurately capture all client activity and client feedback
