Job title: Junior Motion Graphics Designer
Duration: 6 month fixed term contract, potential to extend.
Salary: Up to £30k (pro-rata)

We are looking for a talented Junior Motion Graphics Designer to join a global design team, located in London.
Experience within a global corporate company, supporting senior motion graphics designers would be ideal for this role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate that can turn small individual projects around quickly, but also work with a team on bigger creative projects.

Essential skills:
• Produce motion graphic projects for product/brand promotions
• Provide high quality animations and videos in a timely manner.
• Provide corporate departments and business units specific multimedia assets that generate traffic, increase sales leads and benefit the brand.
• Provide graphic support to the studio/s, from creating graphical elements for newsletters to building motion graphics show reels, time-lapses, product tutorials, marketing pieces, intros, outros, reels, stings, montages etc.
• Ability to work on multiple project, to deadlines and within budgets
• Develop consistent work processes to ensure consistency in standards of all output
• Work effectively within a team environment, with multiple internal & external clients (client-facing skills are a must!).
• Develop and maintains productive relationships with key industry networks
• Remain current on motion graphics, 3D, animation, etc

Qualifications:
• Work experience - Prior experience working within a motion graphics role is essential.
• Design - strong knowledge of graphics applications such as Adobe CS, especially After Affects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and Final Cut Pro, plus Motion & 3D Packages including Cinema 4D
• Technical - Solid technical knowledge of video formats etc is a must.
• Education - Degree in Graphic Design is required
• Writing/Communications - Ability to write and speak effectively.
• Organisational skills - strong project management and customer service experience required. Must be flexible and possess the ability to balance the management of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team Player - Ability to work well with a variety of team members and to represent the design viewpoint effectively in collaborative.

Other requirements:
• Able to work alone without direction
• Work in a calm and professional manner while under pressure
• Build relationships on a daily basis, working effectively with all staff teams – including those from non-design backgrounds.
• Flexibility with work timings and awareness of global timezone requirements
• Proactively developing ideas and processes
• Able to film, edit and work with green screen footage
• Have a friendly can-do disposition
