Managing communications between video team and project management teams
Overseeing the scheduling of all projects and ensuring video team is meeting its deadlines
Providing support to Video Production Manager / NY lead.
Tracking down media assets to ensure editing can stay on track.
Updating project management / account team with daily status updates.
Working with other producers on large scale productions.
Maintaining quality control of projects by monitoring edit revisions, checking and managing final files before they're sent out, and always checking to ensure the creative meets the project/client needs.
Additional duties can include:
Some light accounting: tracking and recording receipts and invoices
Assistant editing: putting together rough cuts to 2nd pass edits.
On-set PA work. Help crew with setting up and moving of equipment.
In some cases will be asked to mic talent, manage a camera, run prompter.
