Junior Marketing Coordinator

As the marketing coordinator you will experience the culture and values while working closely with the Global Marketing Team. You will assist with developing and implementing marketing and communications plans, strategies and tactics that result in the successful achievement of market awareness and brand development that impact corporate sales, profit and market share objectives. You will be responsible for learning and maintaining best-in class marketing practices and performance on a daily basis.

This position is for a full-time (40+ hours per week) entry-level Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and flexible. We are looking for a self-starter that will support the marketing department and its numerous marketing ventures.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include:
• Support a senior marketing manager with campaign execution that involves both inbound and outbound marketing, including email, digital, internal communications, media advertisements and syndication, promotions, web, social media, and more.
• Responsible for campaign execution support which includes, but is not limited to: code creation, campaign set-up, and end-to-end lead management.
• Liaise and interface with marketing agencies in strategies related to media buying, content creation, etc.
• Submit and track department Purchase Order, and other related, requests. Manage full PO cycle from campaign code creation to ensuring timely payments.
• Drive the web event calendar and execution for both webinar and virtual events. This includes confirming speakers, managing deadlines and acting as administrative support for day of event activities.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; compile and create power point summaries of campaign creative in-market
• Manage internal communications and timely posting to internal company systems.
• Interact and correspond with members of marketing, finance, sales, operations, editorial, as well as external media publishers.
• Manage campaign translation across Latin America, EMEA and APJ.
• Manages graphics library and coordinates requirements with graphics department; manages review cycles and publishing final graphics.
• Accomplish goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to campaigns team.
• Other duties as applicable.

Qualifications
• BA/BS in Marketing or related field
• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns lifecycle
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in a virtual environment
• Must be a self starter, detail-oriented, and exceptionally well-organized
• Critical-thinking, research, and problem-solving skills a must
• Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple, high-priority projects
• Experienced with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
