My client are a brilliant, collaborative creative architecture company that are renowned for being responsible for building national sports stadiums right through to broadcast media builds. They are now looking for an exceptionally talented Junior Designer to join them on a 6 month FTC for 3 days a week.
Primarily sitting within the marketing team, you’ll be partnering up with a Senior Designer to work on branded campaigns and projects for the business. As the Junior Designer in the team, your role will be 100% creative so you can really focus on getting stuck into projects.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be working on print projects from brochure work, PowerPoint presentations, branding, layouts and event collateral to digital where digital banners, data visualisation and visual design will be a point of focus too so it is important that your portfolio shows a range of work examples.
Ideally, you should have good corporate work or 2-3 year’s work within a corporate industry, as the environment is very business led so if you feel you could thrive working within a corporate environment with a creative edge, then this could be a great role for you.
Although this role is initially a 6 month contract, it does have the potential to be longer term so if you deliver across projects and integrate well with the team, this could lead to become a brilliant long term opportunity.
- A nice corporate portfolio with a mix of print and digital examples
- Strong Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint
- A personable, can do attitude towards projects
- The ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously on creative projects
