An integrated design + branding agency is seeking a talented and detail-oriented graphic designer to join their team! This position is a freelance opportunity, with a possibility of going permanent!

You'll have an opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in Sports, luxury and lifestyle brands. You will be responsible for producing graphic design artwork for branding campaigns, marketing material, POP campaigns, in-store marketing kits, sales collateral, advertising and public relations materials for medium to large companies. The position provides an opportunity to work as a within a close, collaborative environment, supporting an agency working with exceptional clients. This position requires an intuitive personality and sensitivity to typography. Applicants must be able to develop ideas independently, respond efficiently to agency needs and requests, and communicate ideas clearly, politely and effectively at all different levels.

**The ideal candidate must have some agency, studio, and/or in-house brand design experience at a high-level within the sports, luxury and/or lifestyle industries. Some technical knowledge and understanding of backend web development is a plus.**

Responsibilities:
- Oversee design of ongoing digital and print projects (digital marketing, micro sites, email campaigns, print catalogs).
- Oversee design of branding projects. Create Identity systems for concept to launch.
- Coordinating website updates and marketing initiatives with outside developers.
- Manage the clients brand assets and website. Ideal candidate will possess
- Bachelor’s degree. Fluent in Adobe Creative suite.
- Demonstration of strong typographic interest and proficiency.
- An interest in sports - specifically in the Lacrosse space is a plus.
- As they relate to user experience, knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
- Experience using After Effects and FinalCut Pro and some understanding of video compression is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex design and technical challenges.
- Ability to scope projects and stay within established timelines.
- Proven ability to assess and solve complex problems in a creative manner.
- Interest in and knowledge of contemporary photography and both mass-market and independent publishing in print and on the web.
- Organized and detail-oriented; problem-solver above all.
- Strong sense of ownership of process and results.
- Ability to work productively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Ability to think ahead and be consistently proactive.
