Junior Graphic Designer

A branding and communications agency in Buckinghamshire are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Working on projects for a wide range of well-known brands in the travel, finance, FMCG, technology, automotive, and retail sectors, the Junior Designer is required to help develop creative concepts and develop them into fully designed applications and finished artwork. They are looking for someone who is excited by the idea of a role with real potential for career progression within a small design business, producing work for their big clients.

The priorities for the Junior Designer is to be a creative thinker with the ability to develop concepts and artwork to finished/print-ready standards across a variety of media. The role will require someone who is able to take an active part in conceptual brainstorms, name generations etc. as well as being able to take this work through to the completed product. The ideal candidate also has very good time management and communication skills and is able to work seamlessly across print and digital alongside the Senior Designer and present design work to other management within the organisation.
The Junior Designer must have demonstrable understanding of production technologies, the ever-evolving variety and trends of media. The Designer will be a highly ambitious person with an appreciation of marketing communications, employee engagement and branding.
