Junior Digital Project Manager

Reporting to two Senior Project Managers, a junior digital project manager is required to manage the delivery of digital assets and specific campaigns on a consistent basis, working with a large retail brand and internal stakeholders. This role is not account facing.

To be considered for the role, you’ll bring:
• digital agency background
• creative production experience
• strong project management skills
• social insights and delivery expertise
• big brand exposure
• good understanding of digital retail
• commitment to deliver on time and accurately in a pressured environment

Day to day requirements:
• Liaising with all external vendors (agencies, production companies etc.) needed for project
• Liaising with retail brand managers and categories to get correct information needed for digital projects
• Day to day project organisation
• Collecting assets for Skateboarding and Football categories
• Building social ROS for projects
• Building consumer journey for jd.co.uk leading with mobile
• Review and approval of projects together with the larger team
• Project administration e.g. raising PO’s (including logging), creating assets overviews and needs per project
• Project recaps

Technical needs
• good background in digital advertising and social media
• Media insights would be appreciated

Project types
• Assisting in tier 1 (large campaigns) all media projects
• Leading tier 1 digital only projects
• Leading tier 2 digital only projects for all categories (mainly football, SB and NSW)
