Support client expectations and day-to-day client interactions
Our client is currently looking for a JUNIOR DIGITAL PROJECT COORDINATOR to add to their team. Ideally this person would:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving. This candidate should be comfortable working in a team and individual environments as well as with external customers and vendors. Previous customer service and project management experience is a plus!
Utilize company’s proprietary CMS to create client projects
Responsible for taking projects from conception through implementation and ongoing support of client needs
Working closely with the back-end development team to provide user feedback from clients
Create and maintain documentation repository for end-user groups, internal users, sales and marketing teams.
Other technology-related tasks and projects as assigned
1-2 years related customer service and digital project coordination / management experience
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, independent worker
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical people
