PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
To provide marketing and commercial analytical support to the International Licensee Marketing team, including day-to-day support with coordination of marketing materials and developing marketing activities in Licensee markets.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Digital Distribution:
a. Assist Marketing Director and Marketing Managers with set-up of Digital partners with WB systems and processes, with troubleshooting support as needed
b. Co-ordinate title additions to global accounts, such as iTunes, across all non-Affiliate markets in EMEA and Asia.
c. Assist in the development of promotional activities and pricing strategies on iTunes, and co-ordinate and check implementation of those activities.
d. Track and consolidate digital sales data for Marketing Director.
e. Ensure that all the necessary materials for the marketing of key titles are provided to the digital partners (via eRooms and email) in a clear, accurate and timely manner.
f. Assist Catalogue and Digital Marketing Manager with monthly product schedule updates, liaising with Burbank and local territories as required.
2. Home Video:
a. Monitor Licensee and Affiliate street dates.
b. Promotional review, feedback to territories and follow-up
c. Assist Catalogue Marketing Manager with catalog campaign review, implementation and monitoring.
d. Assist Marketing team and Finance Manager with post-mortem analysis of title performance and marketing campaigns.
e. Coordination of ad hoc projects as needed (including premium ordering, POS shipments etc).
a. Assisting Sales and Marketing Director and Marketing Manager on ad hoc projects and promotional activity.
4. Market intelligence role:
a. Update economic profiles on territories
b. Monitor retail/key account developments
c. Follow theatrical window changes
d. Maintain competitive software pricing profiles for each territory
e. Annual review of market data for Licensee territories
f. Regular review of social media activity in Licensee territories
5. Keep up to date with relevant industry news, including studio activities, WB movie performance and useful information regarding marketing trends, in order to assist Licensee Marketing team in updating Licensee partners with relevant information.
6. Assist Licensee Marketing team in developing territory-specific and multi-territory marketing and promotional strategies, including the execution of special projects and ad hoc reporting / presentations as required.
7. Provide general ad-hoc day-to-day support as and when required.
JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education & Experience University graduate.
Experience in a busy work environment.
Knowledge / Skills Functional fluency in English (written and spoken)
Computer literacy mandatory, with excellent Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good business and mathematical skills
Clear and concise communication skills (oral and written). Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
Two years previous corporate work experience, ideally in a multi-national company.
Proactive with excellent organization skills.
Ability to take initiative, using own discretion and skills to pro-actively deal with matters, working with limited supervision in a pressured environment.
