Junior Digital Designer

Awesome opportunity (Contract – Perm role) for a Jr. Digital Designer with a diverse portfolio and HTML/CSS coding skills to work with a progressive digital team and gain experience developing digital experiences with a Fortune 500 firm that has a super work environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable exhibiting creativity and initiative within the strict constraints of a closed design system; ability to understand and comply with corporate brand standards is a prime requirement.

About the role!
- Create online advertising for marketing consumer, dealer, business and commercial sites.
- Design online landing pages for various marketing promotions / initiatives, keeping in mind the best possible user experience.
- Adhere to industry best practices and current brand standards.
- Work closely with marketing design lead and partners in content strategy and development.

Experience and Skill Requirements:
- 1-2+ years experience as a Graphic/Web Designer at a major agency, retail or financial services institution or large ecommerce site is preferred but not required.
- Proficient Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is necessary; HTML/CSS Coding abilities strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of designing graphics and elements for the web is recommended
- Good time management and strong work ethic is necessary.
- Ability to tackle multiple projects at a time and manage expectations regarding meeting deadlines is important.
- Education and certification requirements: Education level: Required: Bachelor Degree.
