Junior Digital Content Specialist

New Marketing Graduates/Intern level candidates needed for a Junior Digital Content Specialist role with a major Healthcare Management company in the great Boston area. A passion for digital marketing is a must! This is a great way to get your foot in the door with a great company!

This position entails the following general tasks:

• Assist in the execution of the digital content strategy
• Maintain the Content Editorial Calendar
• Support the enterprise content creation and publication process
• Coordinate the execution of website landing page campaigns
• Assist with content inventory, audit and review, CMS review and user research.
• Assist in the execution of the digital content strategy
o Contribute to research user behaviors and build personas
o Coordinate with digital analyst to capture relevant digital intelligence
• Maintain the Content Editorial Calendar
o Maintain editorial calendar in Marketing
o Liaise with stakeholders to anticipate content publication, review live content, obsolete outdated content.
o Enter content elements in marketing AI asset inventory
• Support the enterprise content creation and publication process
o Build project plans, communicate schedules and tasks
o organize review calls, take minutes and route content for approval
o Liaise with stakeholders to ensure content is collected, includes liaising with copywriter.
• Coordinate the execution of website landing page campaigns
o Review briefs, identify missing information
o Liaise with project requester to prepare material for intake by the web team
o Log jobs for the team to execute and coordinate sequence of tasks
o Report progress to project requester
o Coordinate with digital analyst to provide performance reports to stakeholders on a regular basis
• Maintain inventory of all PPC campaigns incl. live dates, google ads, urls and attached landing pages.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Understanding of and passion for digital and web marketing principles and trends
• Knowledge of online marketing concepts – SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, Google Analytics, Email, Media Buying
• Self-motivation and the utmost persistence for learning new concepts
• Ability to successfully work with a remote manager
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent written ability
• Ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously and to deadlines
• Ability to successfully work in a team and autonomously
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility in contributing to all campaigns run by client
