while supporting Knowledge Center through graphic design related to marketing,
advertising, promotion and internal communications. Directly executes design projects for
the Knowledge Center. Sources and purchases on-brand imagery as needed. All work to
be completed to specification and in a timely manner. Contractor will provide his/her own
equipment and may work off premises. The product of the contracted work performed is
the sole property of the Company.
o Develops concepts and designs new marketing promotions, both electronic and printed, upon
request that maintain corporate brand identity and voice.
o Update existing digital and print pieces upon request.
o Finds, purchases and manipulates images and stock photos as needed for individual
Print; including but not limited to: signage, handouts, program brochures, catalog,
direct mailers, program postcards, banner stands, table tents, conference name
tags, pocket agenda spreads, sponsorship guides, brochures, program one-pagers
Digital; including but not limited to: icons, banner ads, email headers, landing page
headers, IPA ads, AdRoll ads, tablet assets, iPad app assets, mobile phone
banners, break slides/ppt templates, digital screen images, social media ads, etc.
Education: BFA Graphic Design
Experience: Three to five years experience as a graphic designer including
how to create files for output, understanding color management, and photo
Specific Skills: Knowledge of both PC and Mac operating systems. Proficiency
with HTML, Web design and the entire Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Flash and Dreamweaver), and Microsoft Office (on
a Mac or PC platform).
Special knowledge, licenses, etc: Basic industry and product knowledge.
