Junior Creative Project Manager

One of our valued Fortune 500 client service clients is in need of an interim The Jr. Creative Project Manager Consultant to work remote for 2 months to help out in an exciting re-branding effort. The candidate will report to the Head of Brand & Visual Identity and will be part of an exciting, global rebrand transformation journey.

This role will be responsible for working closely with a Global Rebrand Liaison Team, in conjunction with the Head of Brand & Visual Identity and the Project Management Organization, to orchestrate and carry out activities related to “end-to-end” global rebrand project management, including project status updates and seeking and compiling estimates from key business stakeholders, organizing and tracking business materials, products and services that have been submitted for rebrand, and helping Head of Brand & Visual Identity analyze overall schedule risks based on open dependencies, manage work across global work-streams and report on execution of deliverables through all project phases.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Head of Brand & Visual Identity in the delivery of global rebrand work-streams and determine overall project schedule/timeline, critical path by deliverable, overall risks and planning assumptions
• Compile and organize estimates by deliverable, in conjunction with Project Management Organization
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different global locations

Skills/Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in project management related role
• Creative and Brand experience a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including excellent active listening skills
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate, build trust and influence others across diverse audiences and at all levels in an organization
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet project timelines
• Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and multiple demands
• Ability to quickly and proactively gain necessary new skills using personal drive and initiative
• Self motivator, driven and enthusiastic
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills and attention to detail
