An amazing opportunity has arisen for a talented and proactive Junior Copywriter to join the digital team of one of Australia's leading Financial and Banking Institutions located here in the Sydney, CBD. The perfect individual will have excellent attention to detail, ability to research and comprehend various products & services, edit down copy to extremely tight character limits and comfortable juggling multiple projects/ products/ stakeholders and working to tight deadlines!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will play a key role in creating compelling and personalized experiences through data-driven design and customer-centric targeted messaging for customers within online and mobile banking. You will collaborate with other teams across the business (Data, Marketing, Sales, Product, CX) to gather requirements and insights and deliver short copy of targeted messages and landing pages that will help promote these products and service messages.
***This is any amazing opportunity for someone who would like to touch upon all products and services and truly play a key part in "continuing the conversation" with the customer through their online banking journey, working both as a stand-alone communication and as a support to other channels!
YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN:
- Create compelling and personalized campaigns for customers within online and mobile banking including; copy for mobile/tablet landing pages, home pages, title/banners, sigh-in screens, headlines, etc.,
- Create targeted and concise messaging throughout the whole customer journey and click-through process
- Test and learn platform, where insights can be applied to other channels and areas
- Data collection and targeting - test and learn around customer level personalization
EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE:
- 2 years of digital experience and/or have written copy for digital or conversion
- Experience writing short form copy or targeting messaging
- Ability to prioritize campaigns/projects with excellent stakeholder management skills
- A customer-centric approach and date-driven thinking
- Good understanding of how to read data to map out customer journey and touch points
- Not afraid to have an opinion!
- Very collaborative and solution focused approach
IDEALS AND NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience writing mobile-first copy
- Experience writing copy for conversion and/or targeted messaging
- Interest in Design and/or User Experience
- Knowledge of creating Mockups
- Visually in tune
