Junior Content Project Manager

About 20 hours a week, most likely 4 days a week. Tuesday-Friday would be the preferred.

• Manage, prioritize and ensure all projects move through content process and deliver through set SLA timing
o Recipe Process Support
 Activate against set recipe process moving projects through system
 Coordinate and build timelines, project folders, and create project tracker to include timelines and SLA guidelines
 Work with Content Developers, Clients, Creative Lead and Content Testers to provide information to keep projects hitting set deadlines
 Collaborate with Photo Studios (both internal and external), Nutrition, Digital Assets and External Copy-editor to provide project information as set by timeline
 Maintain Kitchens’ calendar, check-testing and Snapshot schedules and direct activities as required
 Manage special projects as needed and create processes when possible to streamline future deliverables
 Work with Digital Assets team to coordinate recipe to site process
 Bi-weekly updates with Kitchens’ Operations Mgr to discuss concerns and update on projects
• Additional accountabilities
o Activate against Consumer Service inquiries
o Work with Digital Assets team to ensure IRIS integrity is maintained
o Answer partner and vendor inquiries as they arise
• Maintain effective working relationship with Kitchens Operations Mgr, Content Check Testers, Content Developers, Creative Lead, Internal GMI stakeholders, Retail Clients and Kitchens Vendors and Partners
• Expert project management and organizational skills with an ideal focus on food expertise
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills to deliver results and possible solutions
• Degree is required; ideally in Food Science, Nutrition and/or Culinary expertise with correlating degree
• High level of organization skills with critical attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize recipe projects as needed
• Strong problem solving skills (ability to connect concepts and apply to solutions)
• Initiative to work proactively; make recommendations as needed
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills; be able to work with internal and external partners and vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred; will be asked to work in IRIS system; grocery ordering from on-line system
