Junior Account Manager

Working on some of the most widely recognised brand campaigns has established this agency as one of the best in the Brand space both locally and abroad. As a result of continued success my client is looking for an Account Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the Account Director, The Account Manager is largely responsible for the efficient management and delivery of multiple projects. This role is a core part of the project management team and is responsible for liaison with clients to ensure clear communication, timely responses and effective delivery on agreed client expectations.
Typically responsible for the development of estimates, timelines, project plans, contact reports, billing and invoicing. May also be involved in developing presentations, attending workshops and being a key support to the account management team overall with new business.

• Being confident & knowledgeable in all aspects of Brand identity, engagement and communications
• Being a genuine self starter to take the lead on client campaigns
• Having excellent Communication Skills – Interpersonal, Verbal, Written
