Aquent is look for a Jr. Account Manager for our Fortune 500 client who will be accountable for profitably assisting the growth of assigned customer(s) for Brands Business Unit to achieve the assigned objective/plan - including sales, profit contribution as well as market share and sku assortment. The Jr. Account Manager will be an integral part of a cross-functional team that ensures execution of the KCD brands in our external channels. The Jr. Account Manager is responsible for assisting National Account Managers in line reviews, promotional planning, and other tasks to help grow our external business. This position will also undertake misc. administrative tasks such as item set ups, price requests, running misc. reports and other administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
• Provide category analysis and consumer insights to accounts as well as other category tools/consultation with Product Management teams.
• Support sales team in developing, recommending and executing pricing and promotional strategies. Assist in developing effective merchandising and support materials to extend the reach of the brand message.
• Assist in developing, recommending and presenting new items and programs to retailer(s) to drive incremental sales, store presence and assortment.
• Assist National account managers in preparing for line reviews by gathering relevant market information.
• Function as account advocate and supply the voice of the customer and channel internally.
• 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferably with a manufacturer or vendor in the consumer durables market.
• Position based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois
