Jr. Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator will play a critical role in the strategic development and execution of all social media campaigns, focusing on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest. The quick ability to take initiative, organizational skills, as well as being both analytically and creatively minded are keys for ensuring success in this role. This person will report to the Social Media Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and maintaining Facebook and Twitter content calendars that combine both inspirational messaging with focus on product to drive engagement and site traffic, own execution of these channels
• Manage all Pinterest content and execution with a heavy focus on inspirational storytelling to drive engagement
• Respond and engage with BR social community
• Assist in development of seasonal social media strategy and help ideate custom content in order to support site initiatives
• Assist in weekly and monthly reporting, including competitive dashboards
• Keep abreast of social media trends, focusing on the fashion industry
• Manage all photography assets for all social media platforms
• Assist in managing influencer content and relationships
• Identify places of opportunity within our social media platforms to include both lifestyle and product messaging
• Collaborate with cross functional partners: creative, production, site marketing, email, merchandising, etc.

Qualifications:

• Considered a social media expert and know the difference between brand usage and individual usage
• Passionate about visual storytelling; you can curate beautiful Pinterest boards and overly obsess about your Instagram feed aesthetic
• Quick-witted and social media lingo savvy, you know your emojis
• Can name your top 3 favorite Snapchat accounts – bonus if you know their sponsored filter
• Can turn concepts into action, self-motivated but remains flexible and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Data driven – you know how to find out what’s working and what isn’t
• Knowledge of e-commerce and social media marketing preferred
• Strong creative background is a plus; copywriting, photography and/or graphic design
• Previous experience with Sprinklr and Curalate a plus
