Title: Jr. Project Manager/Project Associate
Contract: Three Months

Description:
This global retail company is looking for a dynamic personality to join their project management team and help support the trafficking of creative workflow. This person should be a self-motivator, one who thrives in a changing environment and creates solutions and innovative ways of getting things done. Your role will span the gamut of content production including touching areas of print production, photo production, concept development, design and copy. Description/Comment:
• Work collaboratively with Project Manager to serve as traffic support for all aspects of creative projects and support in developing schedules and driving delivery
• Attend status and work meetings, capture meeting recaps and follow up on action items
• Manage the digital asset cataloging and archiving of files and support a variety of delivery/posting methods to ensure assets get to end user.
• Administration of our digital asset management site
• Work collaboratively with creative teams and cross-functional partners to support critical milestones and facilitate information gathering so that key partners have what they need to execute their projects
• Interface with outside vendors
• Route assets and proofs to all team members in order to finalize materials such as digital comps, retouching artwork, image reviews
• Support the photographic production process by helping source samples, chasing up deliveries, receipt of assets and post-production routing
• Manage and update the creative style guide library
• Continually work to improve upon efficiency and effectiveness of internal systems
• Support setup and break-down of internal meeting displays
• Apply the companies Creative project management best practice to all projects and maintain schedules, system tools, servers and portals.


Required Qualifications:
• College education or diploma required within business/administration, marketing, project management or design/arts field.
• 1 year work experience in an advertising agency or in-house graphic design department regarded highly
• Microsoft Office intermediate experience required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint or KeyNote (for Mac)
• Experience with various creative content outputs and mediums such as print production, video production, photographic, design, asset management systems.
• Working knowledge of design tools and ability to comprehend program use, purpose, formats and outputs from: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AcrobatPro and In-Design on a Mac platform.
• Mac/PC proficiency
