As a key daily point-of-contact with clients, you create the impression our agency as a creative, engaged and professional organization. This position is responsible for supporting the entire firm by handling the day-to-day execution of duties to satisfy our clients’ projects and goals. Reports to the Client Services Director.

Skills Necessary:

-Personal organization
-Interpersonal skills – works well with both internal teams and client.
-Fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite & Apple OS

Account & Project Management Duties – approx. 80% of role
-Maintain direct client contact. Ensure client relationships are stable and positive.
-Provide Creative and Production personnel with briefs and other well-documented input, support data and production materials as required
-Present and sell concepts and solutions to client
-Provide clients with timely estimates, schedules and budget updates
-Engage with research, copywriters, designers, developers and other freelance resources
-Check and approve copy, design and production art, and coordinates with client for feedback and/or approval
-Gather and assemble background information and analysis as needed in development of creative briefs
-Keep up to date on all projects, allowing you to service client needs as they arise
-Immediately inform Client Services Director of any potential problems with client/firm relations, budget overruns, etc.

Duties Relating to Support of the Firm – approx. 20% of role
-Represent the firm at industry functions
-Be fully familiar with firm credentials and expertise
-Implement new client relationships (e.g. set-up account in FunctionPoint, provide estimates, new client agreement form, discuss firm/client expectations)
-Assist in preparation of client invoices
