Our hospitality client is looking for a Project Manager to join their Creative Services Team which is responsible for the strategy, development, deployment, and analysis of all creative assets and lead generation campaigns. S/he will work closely with an art director, graphic designers, copywriters, a traffic manager. S/he will serve as the Director of Brand & Digital Marketing's right hand man, ensuring integrated / brand campaigns have a creative brief, kick off meeting, assets are trafficked properly in the system, and manages timelines, priorities, and resources so his quality projects are delivered on time. Projects are a mix of 40% print and 60% digital, including video, photography, social media, paid search, paid social, website, blog, other digital channels.
-At least 3 years' experience scheduling and trafficking a high volume of projects, managing timelines, priorities, resources, and people.
-Experience in Workfront, Asana, and Slack
-Experience managing integrated brand campaigns
-Ability to see the broader view of the effect of the team's creative work.
Nice to Haves:
-Experience working with photo and print producers
-A plus if you have contributed to the strategy of campaigns, working closely with a marketing director
