Jr Project Coordinator

Our large non-profit client is hiring a Jr Project Coordinator to join their innovative and diverse team. This person will be responsible for maintaining relationships and workflows between the digital team and the internal business units and will assist with managing all projects from beginning through to execution. They will be responsible for helping to manage all timing plans as well as assisting the Community Strategist in ensuring that the objectives set for the project are met. The right candidate will be detail orientated, but have an ability to see the bigger picture. They will have an ability to develop solid business relationships and manage many moving parts with ease. Within the team, this Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Community Strategist and Multi-Media Producer to ensure the efficient delivery of integrated community content for various business units.

Tasks:
• Coordinate and monitor progression of campaigns from initial concept through completion
• Prepare status reports, contact reports and timing plans
• Ensure that day-to-day project tasks and milestones are met on time and on budget
• Work closely with the Multi-Media Producer ensuring smooth and timely production
• Assist with the management of work plans or schedules and establish deadlines
• Assist with the scheduling and planning of meetings
• Oversee the preparation of meeting materials
• Prepare and distribute all client, internal and external communications
• When required, assist the Multi-Media Producer with researching and contacting vendors, freelancers or locations
