Are you a strong leader? Do you organize and multitask with ease? Our Liberty Village client is looking for a digitally savvy, social media expert for a project coordination role!



General duties include:
• Maintaining and organizing latest versions of content assets (scripts, graphics,
templates) through an online project management system
• Managing print and online web page approval
• Content verification across various applications
• Curating social knowledge database
• Coordinating with internal team and clients to obtain approvals and handling
change management
The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics/skills:
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to keep end-user in mind when reviewing content
• A sense of urgency as required
• Ability to remain calm while working through demanding situations, often with
tight timelines
• Puts thought behind their opinions so they can confidently expresses them
• Seeks out new challenges and enjoys finding creative solutions
• Takes responsibility and pride in their work
• Asks questions to determine the “why” behind what they are doing
• Thoughtful about their interactions with colleagues and clients
• Energetic and outgoing
• Proactively deals with issues before they become problems
• Flexibility
Additional experience that would be considered an asset although not required:
• Working knowledge of:
o Adobe Creative Suite
• E-learning experience
• Video Production experience
• French fluency
