Jr. Production Graphic Designer

The primary function of the Graphic Designer is supporting the Miami office with their marketing projects. Primary responsibilities are around new business development support, all marketing communications collateral, marketing campaigns, and enhancing the Jones Lang LaSalle brand for the Miami market. This designer MUST be proficient in CS6, have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented.


• Create look and feel for marketing campaigns including color pallet, logos, materials and inspired ideas to create positive positioning and innovative ideas.

• Produce visual marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, boards, proposals, new business, presentations, invitations, websites, marketing center graphics, and banners.

• Create branded e-mails and update (or create) web sites (Weebly)

• Perform general marketing and design tasks, as needed.

• Act as steward of the firm’s brand and visual graphic standards.

• Provide exceptional client service, taking on full ownership of assigned projects.


• Bachelor's degree in Art or Design/Visual Communications, 2-5 years of prior graphic design experience preferred.

• Design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite and the Microsoft Office Suite are a must.

• Print production knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of Dreamweaver and HTML to build/edit emails.

• Social media and Weebly experience a plus.

• Motion graphics and video experience a plus.

• Strong project management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and consistently demonstrates a high level of organizational skill and customer service.

• Client facing.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to manage own time effectively and attention to detail.
