Jr. Print Graphic/Presentation Designer

Immediate need for a Jr. Print Graphic/Presentation Designer with 2-3 years minimum corporate experience. The selected candidate will work for a potential duration of 6 months to a year, possibly longer.

Located in the Chicago Loop, the Jr. Designer will work within a Corporate Solutions New Business Team. Projects will include: RFI/RFP covers, formatting, and collateral; and presentation formatting, design, etc. The job will be approximately broken down as follows: 40-50% InDesign layout for RFI/RFP covers, internal pages, and integration of images, Illustrator charts and graphs; 30-40% PowerPoint decks following the look and feel of the accompanying RFI/RFP's, finding images, creating charts and graphs; and, 10-20% MS Word formatting using styles.

This position requires you to be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced, corporate environment. You will work closely with 2 Sr. Designers who will determine the look and feel of the pieces -- this particular role does not have you doing a lot of conceptualization, you will be doing more of the execution of the look and feel. The projects will be RFI/RFP's, PowerPoint Decks, and some MS Word Documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS NEEDED:
• Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Extensive MS Office (mainly PowerPoint and Word) experience
• Successful experience working in a corporate environment
• Highly proficient with InDesign layout
• Must have good experience with PowerPoint
• High attention to detail
• Ability to execute the determined brand ("look and feel”) throughout all accompanying pieces -- RFI/RFP, PowerPoint Deck, etc.
• Comfortable receiving constructive feedback
• Able to take direction
• Self-motivated
• Experience interfacing in a high volume, fast paced, professional environment
• Huge plus if have experience working on RFI/RFP's

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Start Date: ideally no later than February 9, 2015
• Work: 40 hours a week, with very little overtime
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST (8 hours a day, M-F)
• Corporate environment, business casual
• This particular role needs someone who has a strong design eye, is very detail oriented, likes working in PowerPoint and is wanting to work on a growing corporate team.
