Our client seeks a self-driven and passionate Marketing Analytics expert with extensive background in B2B marketing analytics. This individual will firmly represent how analytics and data should be used in all areas of marketing to continually improve marketing program ROI and operational best practices.


Position- Jr. Marketing Analyst
Location- Round Rock, TX (Austin area)- Local candidates only
Work must be done onsite. No remote work. Candidates should be immediately available
Hourly pay rate- $26.00
Duration- Long term contract with subsidized medical, dental and vision benefits


In this role you will:

1. USE ANALYTICS TO IMPROVE MARKETING PROGRAM ROI: Measure what matters - Measure marketing sourced and influenced pipeline across multiple campaign vehicles - Measure performance of different lead generation sources by business unit/product portfolio, through well-established KPIs - Combine insights from multiple efforts and teams: web/social media/marketing automation/salesforce/web site to drive business decisions.

2. TURN DATA INTO INSIGHTS AND ACTION: Be an agent of change - Help establish clear goals and performance management for different teams in line with financial and marketing plans for the region - Visualize insights using host of data visualization tools - Collaborate on sales effectiveness analytics, and close gaps to help sales teams improve pipeline conversion ratios - Improve predictive analytics to enable corrective actions on time - Help in prioritizing spend and quarterly/annual planning exercises

3. PROCESS ENGINGEERING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Focus on long-term growth - Improve use of dashboards and data visualization tools internally - Improve data / analytics architecture and workflow across marketing via continuous process improvement - Develop technical documentation as needed; define standards and procedures for best practices for business intelligence and analytics reporting design and development - Act as an internal consultant for business partners in order to diagnose, recommend and implement reporting solutions that support analytics initiatives in multiple business areas to solve problems, answer questions and drive insights
