Jr. Level UX/UI Designer

value in every customer interaction, transforming customer service for a multi-device and omni-channel world. Some of the service products the team leads include social servicing in
Community @clientand Twitter, as well as digital servicing solutions such as Click-to-Chat, Video Chat, Account Alerts and next generation VR experiences.

We are looking for a Designer with skills spanning UX/UI, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JS, etc) to support the design and development of digital
products and communications across the team.

Responsibilities:
* Build visual design explorations, comps, and interactive prototypes with a focus on user experience design and implementation, including optimization and enhancement of existing
products and communications. Projects span web design, display banners, marketing and
* Code/program assets for handoff to integration partners (e.g. third party platforms, etc.) and for internal presentations.
* Partner with Product Owners to define and analyze metrics, objectives, key results and user testing strategy.
* Work within existing brand guidelines and extend these guidelines in new ways.

Qualifications:
* 3-7 years of experience with visual and interaction design across multiple platforms, brands and environments
* Familiarity with the end-to-end process of designing products for mobile and web.
* Power user of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Front end technologies (HTML / CSS / JS) including coding skills required.
* Knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of social platforms from deployment to engagement.
* A problem solver with analytical skills and a deep understanding of data-driven decision making, as well as a strong focus on the customer.
* A team player with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Understands the role of tradeoffs using iterative design processes on agile teams
* Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a high level of integrity and exceptional interpersonal skills; proven track record of driving results.
* Experience with Jive software a plus (or experience with other similar platforms, such as Lithium, etc.).
* Design education required; Bachelor degree in Design or field related to digital product development a plus.
* Required location is New York, NY, daily on-site at financial client
