Job Responsibilities

• Work with designers, engineers and developers on a daily basis to create visuals assets, models, wireframes, redlines, directed design iterations etc.
• This resource will take initial direction from a design lead, and have the ability to work in a self-direction fashion after scope is defined is needed. Being detail oriented is critical to success.
• The work is part visual 2D design, and interaction design work. Someone able to take design direction, with the confidence to represent designs to colleagues and partners with the ability to understand and negotiate varying viewpoints
• Participate in and help facilitate design brainstorming and work sessions
• Produce scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, and other artifacts required to develop and evolve user experience designs
• Help develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and interaction guidelines
• Effectively communicate with developers through implementation phase to realize design vision
• Help communicate, defend, and build consensus around experience architecture and interaction design direction
• Someone able to take design direction, with the confidence to represent designs to colleagues and partners with the ability to understand and negotiate varying viewpoints
