Our client is seeking a Graphic Design candidate with 0-2 years of experience to join their creative team in their beautiful Newport Beach offices overlooking the Back Bay!

The Details -
• on-site in Newport Beach, CA
• 40 hrs. / week, M-F
• 3 month contract with the likelihood of permanent placement (if all goes well, of course!)
• pay: up to $15.50 / hr

Responsibilities include -
• producing graphic design artwork to support a wide range of marketing efforts including proposals, presentations, brochures, banners, placemats, advertising, postcards and e-blasts.

• This position is for you if -
• You have a college degree in marketing or design
• You have at least 2 years of graphic design experience and understand the importance of maintaining a consistent brand identity
• You are comfortable managing a project with a client from concept to completion and providing your professional input as needed
• You are a creative person that easily thinks outside the box
• You feel confident in your writing, proofreading and editing abilities
• You are quick on your feet and able to solve problems creatively
• You’re an expert with various software programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and the
• You have a solid grasp on the fundamental concepts of print and web publishing as well as basic graphic design principles
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
• You aren’t afraid to voice your opinion and collaborate with a team
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and are able to manage multiple project simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• You would describe yourself as reliable, consistent, hard-working and trustworthy
• You have a team-mentality and are willing to assist team members as necessary and without hesitation

If you can say “YES” to any of the items below…even better!

• You have experience with print production
• You are familiar with the AP Style of writing
• Basic knowledge of web design and HTML

This position is NOT for you if:

• You are unable to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and/or are easily overwhelmed
• You are more comfortable working independently than with a team
• You consider yourself to be more of a creative free-spirit and are unwilling to adhere to corporate branding guidelines
