Key Responsibilities:

As the Jr. E­-Commerce/Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving online marketing.

Maintain online content calendar. Implement strategic content updates to branded website pages, maintain seasonal product merchandising, journal entries and general company information. Ensure website messaging is aligned with social media channels.

Facilitate content creation and deployment of campaigns and weekly email.

Coordinate direct to consumer marketing tactics including but not limited to social media, email, paid search, SEO and online advertising to support seasonal campaigns.

Conduct daily site quality control; coordinate solutions through Operations and Website Development teams.

Maintain website performance scorecard to track performance on daily and monthly basis. Generate detail reporting for management reviews.

Work with brand marketing, PR, other departments with consumer marketing initiatives and product launches to ensure cross platform alignment.

Work with other team members on managing the day ­to ­day social media efforts and help strategies long ­term social media initiatives.

Partner with web development team to track projects and monitor status on bugs and fixes.

Act as a client facing Project Manager on ongoing projects with digital and marketing agency by tracking timeline, progress and business needs.

Education and Experience Required:

--Experience creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns including email, search/SEO, advertising, social media
--Experience web project management
--Experience with social media as a marketing tool
--Experience using e-­commerce CMS and web management tools
--Experience in project management; communicating with developers, and marketing specialist to address business needs, monthly plans, goals and budgets
--Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines
--Strong skill using Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Entourage)
--2­-4 years experience in B2C online marketing/e­-commerce management
--Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or marketing.
