Jr. Digital Project Manager/ Jr. Business Analyst

Our client is a GIANT in the insurance industry and they have asked for Aquent's assistance in identifying a JR. BUSINESS ANALYST/DIGITAL WEB MANAGER

Dates-March 1, 2013 (aprox)- December 31, 2013
Hourly pay rate- $20-25hr
Hours- 9-5:30 Monday- Friday onsite in NYC (no relo)

Assignment Summary
A 10 month temporary assignment working with Digital Strategy team on a project to enhance and extend the online experience for both customer and employees. This project will focus on the strategic evaluation and enhancement of the digital marketing tool set and redesign of the intranet presence. Reporting to the Senior Project Owners, the Junior Business Analyst will participate in internal working sessions and stakeholder interviews and be responsible for capturing and documenting all requirements and meeting minutes.

Responsibilities
-Capture and compile documentation of Stakeholder interviews and initial requirements
-Coordination of Stakeholder interviews in conjunction with the team
-Work with and support the Project Owners during the documentation phase
-Work with and support the PMs to maintain the project plans and budgets
-Work with and support the build team during the implementation phase including UAT

Qualifications
-Undergraduate degree in a related business function
- 2-3 years of experience working in a business analyst capacity or similar role in a web space or digital marketing environment.
- Working understanding of scope documents, business & functional requirement, scorecards, dashboards and use cases documentation
-In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
-Broad understanding of the online space
-Knowledge of digital tools such as WCM (web content management), Digital Marketing (Marketing Automation / Email Campaigns) or social media tools a plus
-Experience of SDLC methodology a plus
