Jr. Digital Project Manager

The Junior Digital Producer is responsible for assisting the Senior Digital Producer with managing a constantly evolving queue of customer-centric, integrated digital campaigns across the retail digital space. S/he will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects (daily updates for desktop and mobile platforms, emails, online advertising and other digital deliverables) including: workflow and timelines, technical production, quality assurance and post-mortems.

With the Senior Digital Producer, the Junior Digital Producer will work closely with Design and Copy teams, Senior Front-End Developers, IT, Site Experience team and Account Services to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and on-strategy.

The Junior Digital Producer role will assist the Senior Digital Producer in:
• Facilitating and directing business partner meetings and interaction relating to the initial development and completion of the project
• Appropriately setting and managing client expectations of project tasks, critical sign-off stages, and milestone schedules
• Establishing and driving project timelines and deliverables schedule, and ensure compliance and accountability by internal team
• Recording, tracking and managing projects through weekly project status

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Senior Digital Producer to review project briefs and develop project timelines for various digital deliverables
• Coordinate resources for all creative and development initiatives ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and that the team can fully support the execution of brand strategies.
• Maintain creative tracking documents for all digital initiatives including blue-chip initiatives, emails, social, mobile, etc. and ensure assets are circulated through all appropriate parties and delivered on time.
• Input projects and pull reports within DASH - our job tracking application
• Schedule and facilitate creative reviews and distributions; intakes feedback and executes follow-ups with various partners.
• Participate in and capture notes and action items from meetings.

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years digital production/project management experience, working with creative and technical teams.
• Experience trafficking creative and managing resources for multiple initiatives
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
• Experience with HTML and Photoshop a plus
• Must be comfortable in a client-facing role (have a strong customer-service orientation) and possess a professional and courteous disposition and demeanor
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Works well under pressure with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks, projects and priorities
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to self-manage with stellar time-management skills
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Skillful in creative problem solving, negotiating and resolving conflict
