We are looking for a talented Entry Level Digital Campaign Manager to join an exciting and high energetic Digital Channel Marketing Group at a top client in Wilmington Delaware. This team serves as a center of excellence within our client’s company to help the various lines of business utilize digital marketing channels with high degrees of efficiency and scale. By offering domain skill set and governance across the different digital channels, including .com, third- party media, search, social media and mobile, the LOB marketers will be empowered with industry leading tools and analytics to drive their business programs.

As their new Campaign Manager you will be responsible for the stewardship of online ad campaigns requested by our lines of business. We are looking for an individual with a superb work ethic and strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment for our client. They are a quality-driven team with guiding principles and processes as our foundation. The DCM Ad Operations team is growing as they expand our footprint across our owned properties.

·You will act as a primary liaison between ad operations and line of business.
·You will work directly with advertisers (key stakeholders from each line of business) to obtain requirements for campaign requests and provide support for ad-related inquiries/issues.
·You will build, schedule and publish online advertising campaigns via internal content management tools, our internal campaign workflow tool, xCRT and X+1.
·You will support small development type updates and requests to build pages.
·You will analyze campaign performance, ensuring they are effectively maintained to guarantee optimal delivery.
·You will act as a primary liaison with creative and editorial resources, legal and compliance officers, and development support teams to test and troubleshoot new and/or existing ad products.
·You ill work as needed to support ad related emergencies and scheduled enhancements.



So what do you need to get your foot in the door? Let’s review the basic Qualifications:

·You must have a Bachelors degree.
·You must have 3 years experience in digital operations role for an e-Commerce and/or a publisher network or ad tech company. Experience with related technologies is helpful (X+1, DFP, DFA, programmatic ad tools, etc…)
·You must have knowledge and understanding of general online business, advertising, and marketing principles.
·You must have familiarity with Flash, HTML, JavaScript.
-You must have experience in marketing analytics and reporting
·You must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
·You must have the ability to work well with others across multiple departments and lead both technical and non-technical discussions with end-users.
