Jr Devices Product Marketing Manager

In FY17, our tablet is expected to reach ~$2B revenue in WW commercial sales. The increase in business will require the tablet team to add a Jr PMM to support the portfolio of new and existing devices, help manage offers, marketing programs, and provide insights to help increase sales penetration and improve investment ROI. This role will also be required to support in managing product supply chain and demand planning. In addition to the core function of the role there is opportunity to find projects of interest within the broader 1st Party hardware portfolio (including augmented reality devices.)

Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and Insights
• Work across the Partner and Marketing teams to manage and track program spend investments, communicate ways to improve ROI based on insights and best practices
• Support the business by driving analysis and reporting around product margin, promo effectiveness, revenue adjustments to ensure a financially healthy business
• Share best practices and encourage adoption of insights self-service and one-to-many resources/tools.
• Ensure that Partner reporting data is valid and accurate, and work with the Partner team to resolve required escalations

Supply Chain Management
• Develop accurate SKU level forecasts based market indicators
• Work with local and Corp team to ensure supply and allocations are accurate and inline with forecasted requirements

Product Marketing
• Educate the team on share progress, marketplace insights, vertical trends and competitive benchmarking in order to identify/highlight opportunities
• Engage with commercial customers, partners, and product fans through events and product demos
• Work alongside team to scale our content through our customer, field and partner channels to accelerate sales motion
• Develop strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for products
• Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage implementation of the plan

Experiences Required: Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge
• Understanding of sales processes, tools, and programs
• Device sales and channel experience desired
• Solid experience with data manipulation using advanced feature in Excel (Pivot tables)
• Strongly deadline and detail oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing business environment

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, computer science or engineering
• Motived new grads is an option
